If you really want the thread to die, give it to ducky.
theMote's PoJfrom Columbus's local news:
Red Faces at Channel 10
It started as a joke. But WBNS 10-TV General Manager Tom Griesdorn says it ended up on air. He says anchorwoman Angela Pace was recording a public service announcement when she jokingly made an inappropriate gesture. He says through a series of mistakes, it ended up on the air in the 10 p.m. hour during the primetime program "Without a Trace." Channel 10 management will continue to investigate how it happened. Griesdorn says no harm was intended.

Well, after playing this site all weekend I can't get it to load the games at work. Anyway I present Land of 1000 faces also known as mahjongg for obsessive Lord of the Ring fans. I haven't seen the Orlando Bloom page, but imagine theDiva will get a kick out of it.

I felt that way about the 9/11 tribute page with the Enya music in the background. I still feel creepy and evil when I hear that Enya song. The Laci site gave me the same vibe.

I will never get past feeling twisted and evil because of my reactions to stuff like that. My mother and I have probably had more arguments over this than anything else.

It's nice to know I'm not the only person who has reactions like that to treacly stuff. I mean, we've suffered tragedies, why does someone have to make it worse??
I have to hope the Laci site is sincere, though, because if it isn't, that's too sick to be funny. Did y'all listen to ALL the songs?

Somebody put that "Diary of an Unborn Child" crap to music? That was making the rounds, in essay form, when I was in high school. Someone used it in a DEBATE in one of my classes.
That baby writes these long entries (scratched on the wall with fingernails, I guess) about how she's going to love flowers and the color purple and she can't wait to see the sun and meet her mommy face to face because she's going to love her so much, right? And then the last entry is "Today my mommy killed me"?

Nay, I'm sort of sad that you chose Shazbot over Nayblob. I was really looking forward to your child becoming a toddler, discovering the word "no" and graduating to being a nattering Nayblob of negativity.
